What is up with this new gym that opened up nearby? I was considering joining since its walkable distance, but prices are ridiculous. Its not even a 24/7 gym, it was a $9/month gym before. The crazier part is that this is black owned. Only pro is that there will be less people, as my current gym is packed.

Probably has some gay "A.I. coach" that looks at your photo and glazes you like crazy, plus vitamin I.V.s or something. Sounds like a gym for stupid new money rich people who enjoy pissing away cash on silly bullshit.

$800 is prolly a mistake, but $80 is worth it if they have decent brands of equipment. Or just find a gym that's about $100-150/mo and indulge yourself with hermes, dior, and cartier of lifting machines.
