Just go by the mirror bro, bench/chest 3x/wk for 3 heavy then 3 hypertrophy. Build from there and learn to put ohp/incline first or whatever. Everything else is braindead easy compared to massive chest and delts. Name one mr olympia with a bad back. Now name one with a comparable chest to arnold. Pressing is where rest, recovery, frequency, sets per session actually matter. Nobody doing some nfl powerlifting shit is gonna be able to push you off your feet wrestling learn your body unless you're 170lbs.

hey i know this, its the reddit ppl recommanded routine for newbies.. if you are new and it doesnt feel like too much its because you are still at low weights, when you get to the max you can do on each exercise it will feel like a lot
