Should I change my workout routine? I've been doing a beginner routine for like 3 years. 04/21/26(Tue)19:16:25 No.77216515

I've been doing Reg Park 5x5 for beginners +arms +abs all this time and I still see some slow progress on some lifts sometimes, but should I switch?

if you see progress there's no reason to switch really, slow progress on something you've done for a long time is good actually. Switching programs all the time because of the fast progress you see when you do new exercises is a trap many fall into
You could switch if you're bored of it

Did you?

Do you?
Genuine questions, if it's working for you then keep it up
If not, then change it up
You can always go back to it after a while
Post body and stats and lets see how the program is working for you

Here’s your golden opportunity to learn how to program for yourself. If you’ve beeb running a program for three years, chances are you’ve done some tweaking along the way to milk extra progress. If something keeps failing to progress, try stretching out the progression by hitting the lift a few times at different rep ranges. Example : can’t hit 5x5 on squat at 130
Week 1: 5x10@ 100 kg
Week 2: 5x8 @ 115 kg
Week 3: 5x5@ 130 kg
