idk why youd stress out your body that much you will burn out or get injured and if you are already fat or bulking you will get significantly fatter why not do a sustainable routine and keep a low body fat that way you are low stress, maxx t, and aren't living in the gym are you just a novice or what?

I didn't mention anything about bulking so not sure what that has to do with anything. Sustainable and "living in the gym" also sound like cope.
the mythical "stress your body" part is what I am actually interested in if there is antyhing to back it up and its not just a wives tale

If you're not getting CNS fatigue after about 2 months of no rest days you're simply not working out hard enough.
Which is typical because all you zoomer faggots do is fuck around doing 30 reps of shit with 20 lbs dumbbells, never break a sweat and make crybaby threads every time a "roidtranny" makes a loud grunting noise doing his sets as you wonder why you're dyel

Contrary to popular belief it's fine to train everyday if you divide the volume. So for example instead of training 2 days per week doing 3 sets of something each day (6 total), you can just train everyday and do 1 set each day, whatever is more convenient for you.
