If you have shitter posture fix that for a start. If your hip flexors are fucked that can make you shorter too, David Goggins gained an inch by fixing his.
Aside from that make sure your spine is always decompressed. Dead hang after leg day. And maybe dead hang first thing in the morning too. If you're a fat fuck then get down to a healthy bodyweight and you'll be less compressed. That is all, anything else is a meme, unless you're talking about wearing heels and that sort of gay shit

>im actually like 61kg/135lb
>and i usually spent all my days in front of a pc, i never train anything or do basically any physical that's probably why you didn't make it to 6'2" bro. it's OK, 6'1" is a good height

>Who do you want be taller for?
i feel petite compared to other guys

what are you saying? i didnt eat enough in adolescence? i did thought, maybe i didnt used to get the best sleep

Bruh 135 is actually worryingly skinny for 6'1, that ain't healthy. fuck gaining height, just focus on eating and training right now. just getting to a healthy bodyweight will make you look 10x better than any extra inches right now

yes, adequate nutrition and sleep are the top 2 environmental factors when it comes to height. i'm not so sure about exercise but it presumably helps as long as you're not overdoing it by supporting bone health, growth hormone release, etc.

it's over bro, you're 22. there's a >99.9% chance your growth plates are fused, meaning your adult height is locked. just be happy you're safely above average

I'm really tired of losers on the internet hyping up height as though being tall is the best possible thing that could happen to a man.
I'm nearly 6'3 and it hasn't helped my life one goddamn bit, and I'm still miserable. I would unironically press a button that would make me 5'7 in a heartbeat if it meant I didn't have autism, chronic anxiety and depression
>blackpill retards on the internet always talk about how "girls only want tall guys"
>mfw every time I go outside alone I tower over all the manlets walking around with their cute gfs

i wear them since 2020 and i dont really see much of a increase in height with them on compared to other shoes, combat boots on the other hand...

parents height?

you can temporarily increase your height by doing dead hangs to decompress your spine, but your spine will just recompress shortly thereafter. it compresses regardless of whether you're sitting or standing/walking around, just having your head stacked on top of your spinal column compresses it. this is why people are about 2 cm taller first thing in the morning than in the evening before bed. and no, stretching your muscles does not also stretch your bones kek

Try pic related. It makes 5'8" manlets into 5'10" manlets so it will certainly work for you.

A lot of people have gotten a growth spurt in their early 20s.
You can get one if you start consuming large quantities of real milk (raw milk), expose yourself to the Sun (without sunscreen), immediately ditch caffeine (it's proven to stunt growth) and train sprints or other forms of HIT cardio that massively spike your HGH.
Also, it is MANDATORY to go to sleep before 10PM. Even if you still get the same amount of sleep, your body produces large amounts of HGH at around 10PM, and you won't be able to use them to grow if you're not asleep.

Whats the point of all of that if my growth plate are probably closed, if i knew these things at 17 would have been cool, i kinda always had in high school problem sleeping but somehow i outgrew my dad in height (10cm) but i have really narrow shoulders and I kinda look like adam lanza (i mean the body type but i weight more around 135lb)

80% max PR deadlifts(greatly decompress the spine if done correctly), weighted erector spinae raises, deadhangs, weighted abs exercises. pull-ups and muscle ups are optional as they often worsen some conditions.
train weak muscle groups in postural incorrections, or try exercises that are used to fix them - dips(not machine dips, if possible), rows, dip bar abs raises/curls.
run, swim, atleast once a week. take the coldest showers, swim in cold water. Milk and cheese before bed.
Swimming in a cold pool has the best effect I've seen so far, adding 2-4 cm to my height for more than a week.
