Are personal trainers worth it? Never lifted before but I think hiring someone for my first few sessions to check form and for general advice would be beneficial

If you’re double digit IQ it’s probably worth it. Otherwise it’s incredibly easy to ask Claud or Gemini for a bullet point explanation for everything you need to know. Doesn’t take a genius to build muscle

My gym has a PT and I've never seen him have someone squatting with more than like 20lbs on each side EVER. I see these poor SS victims going ass to grass with just the bar before going for a 3x25 round of standing around with 5lb dumbbells

practice the lifts without weight at home to get form down, utilize youtube. build a program with AI and ask it to play the part of a trainer and ask all necessary questions such as height, weight, how often you can train, goals, experience level. its way too easy to do this all yourself now, it can even help with diet.

No I tried a personal trainer once told him I wanted to learn how to barbell squat and he had me doing retarded p.e exercises like fuckng bear crawls what a faggot. Never again they are all pretty much retarded.
