I have the perfect routine and miss no gym days, follow supplements plan perfect, nutrition plan perfectly and even sleep is decent now but just it takes forever for time to pass day by day of doing things right
I just want a time machine to three from now to be where I want to be. I have no problem doing to work over and over it's just so slow and takes time

you're fucking insane dude
you should WANT time to pass as slow as possible, because guess what, there's a finite amount of it and you're going to die some day
enjoy it while you can and appreciate the regularness

There are always some things you can do to increase recovery and development.
Sauna increases HGH and IGF1
Red light therapy increases mitochondrial activity by 17 times.
Icing your balls before slep and not sleeping with pants or underwear increases testosterone by 50%
etc etc

On a cut, that 1~2lbs lost a week really drags by. I've struggled for months now, and I'm not even to the point where people might notice.
Tell you whut, though, that time is going to pass either way. Keep on trying, or don't.
