Hello, fit. Leafcattle here. We're finally getting sun where I live after a long cold winter. I have close to ginger pale skin after not seeing the sun for 7 months (celtic heritage makes me pale quick).
I've been trying to get as much vit d as I can as it makes me feel amazing emotionally and physically. How do you go about doing this safely? I'm supplementing vit d+k then trying to spend an hour in the sunlight a little after the noon so as not to burn myself. It seems to have been working well, and my mood is 10x better. Any tips? Should I wear sunscreen even if I'm not burning? Cover up moles? Risk of wrinkles?
Any sun discussion is welcome
