Magically everyone on fit is gonna be under 60. But we all on now fit is powersharter central, probably they get their HR up to 120 standing up to fetch a cheeseburger from the kitchen.
Back when I was swimming it got down to 38 during sleep, these days I'm closer to 50

Sometimes drops as low as 35 while I’m sleeping. Peaks at 190 during 1600 meter runs.

Reducing calories even slightly tanks my HR.

the reason is that only people who actually care about cardio would be tracking their RHR. powersharters don't given a fuck this thread wouldn't register in their brains. they wouldn't even know their rhr

>42-52 during sleep
>50-65 resting (67 while postiing this)
>peak (uphill runs) 193
>blood pressure around 100/65
I'm in pretty good shape for someone at ~94kg imo.

How in the fuck are you even alive. The lowest HR I've witnessed in anyone IRL was around 25 and he was unconcious and unresponsive.

It used to be 50ish when i was in my marathooner phase, but i quit running regularly since, I settled for commuting by walking/cycling instead. It's roughly 60 now, as low as 55 as high as 62. I should pick up swimming again.

I play basketball and dunk, just checked it out while I'm resting right now it's 42 kek.
apparently heart muscle (specifically the left ventricle) has likely grown stronger and slightly larger. This allows it to pump a greater volume of blood with every single beat (increased stroke volume).

I've gotten sick lately so my RHR hasn't gone below 60 like it usually has. I'm still gonna die young though, my HRV is trash while I'm sleeping. It's usually 35-40.

My average resting is 47 but I've gone in the 30s as well. Has Garmin ever alerted you about it? It's gotten me twice with a "low hr alert". Once while playing a video game and another while I was taking a nap.

No because that is retarded metric to rank your health on. Marathon runners and cyclists have low bpm but they have higher colon cancer risk. You aren't made to be twink looking faggot but to sprinting for short term.
