You need to understand why PTP is this way. Cabal = high trust societies. The lower rung is not like this. If it's easy to join. As in you just see the tracker is open on Reddit and can make an account easy as that. Then it's not going to be easy to upload in most cases. If I can make a throwaway account and start spamming mislabeled files, malware, whatever I feel like that's not good. General trackers like IPT and TL are majority bot upload driven. They aren't babysitting a bunch of uploaders and handing out warnings to ensure the quality of the library like cabal trackers. Think of how much effort goes into that. There's a reason why we don't have lots of competing high quality trackers.

There are some movies that are mastered in 4k HDR that do not have good versions in 1080p. I do not have a 4k television but I want to some day just so I can watch things like that.
