The electrical usage from AI is killing me. Currently using 2.15kW. A/C needs to be on because room gets too hot while gen'ing. If I were to run everything all day for an entire month, that would be 1,548kWh, which is $332/mo here in Georgia.

As you can see, I have absolutely zero prior experience with base model checkpoints, SDXL, anime, anime SDXL, or anything remotely related.
I’ve also never contributed to the anime diffusion community in any way,o nly thing on my resume is a few dead LLMs.
So why would I make Anima v2 for free? And why would anyone trust me to make it good?
I trained Anima at 512px because that's what I remembered from SD1.5 three years ago, that was the whole plan.

Probably a stupid question but I just can't figure this out myself. I'm trying to add a model with a .safetensors file into comfyUI. Basically everything I have read says to put it in the checkpoints file which should look like:
>ComfyUI/models/checkpoints/
But for me to get to the checkpoints file it looks like:
>ComfyUI > resources > ComfyUI > Models > checkpoints
I tried to put the files in the checkpoints file like how I have it but nothing showed up. What am I doing wrong here? When I use ComfyUI I launch it from the .exe located in the first ComfyUI folder if that makes any difference.

A ComfyUI custom node for formatting Anima prompts.

Unlike SDXL models like IllustrousXL or NoobAI XL, Anima is sensitive to whitespaces, commas and line breaks. I create this custom node so I can keep my prompting habits on NoobAI models.
Formatting Rules

Removes all line breaks (\n, \r)
Ensures exactly one space after each comma
Removes spaces before commas
Filters empty tags from consecutive commas

I don't use the desktop version, but if you've got comfy running and you place a model or some other file in its folder structure, you need to refresh the nodes by pressing the "r" key on your keyboard. Just in case you're a total newb; you load checkpoint models with the 'load checkpoint' node and not the 'load diffusion model' node.

At some point I talked about training a ZIT lora and how its best to go as high channel as possible, 128+. I just want to mention that indeed, it depends on what you are doing, and that this probably shouldn't be done for the average lora. I had some success for my niche case but there is no real need to go above 32 for most people and maybe 64 if you have a lot of images with niche details in them that the model really doesnt know at all.
