The girls look nice, and it seems like the eye design of Homura was most likely due to the amount of releases Guilty has done in the previous year.

Still, design wise it seems pretty similar to Homura with an all schoolgirl cast as well, so I will probably wait to see what kind of scene's we will get before trying to say if it improved anything compared to the previous games in the Toriko series.

There's a reasonable chance that this heroine is the one outlier in some way or another. Perhaps an adult chaperone, or teacher, but that's a guess only on how everyone else is wearing school uniforms because the title of "captive cherry blossoms" is simply way too vague to guess beyond that, especially in what exactly ties these girls together into a group and circumstances of a Guilty game.

Hey anons.

Do you think that the recent Toriko titles have been getting a little stale compared to the older entries in the series?

I mean, compared to the older entries, the girls receive a similar, sometimes even worse 'treatment', but the impact seems lesser compared to what we got, for example, with Hyouka and the rest of Shimai cast...

Maybe it has to do with the fact that we stopped getting the shower's of shame scene's after Tsubasa....

My opinion is they went too hard with "mass defloration" theme all the way from Kizuna. I honestly miss games like Shirabe,where most part of the main story was thorough destruction of a female protagonist, all the way till she turned into obedient sex slave, filling the screen with gallons of sperm and men's dicks all around girls only in the ending part, or even making it as alternate/IF ending. Now every modern Toriko game character defloration scene features oral - vaginal-DP defloration, regardless of the title, it's similar for every girl from the roster, unlike older titles, where only MC got that kind of treatment, supporting characters usually got away with just their vaginal chastity taken.

I miss the gaijin prostitution stuff. Or at the very least, it doesn't seem as overt as it used to be. Before, you could easily spot it thanks to it being DLC and the color of the males' skin (it was usually black guys, but that's besides the point). Now, it seems kind of stale...I was disappointed that Urara didn't have it, for example, especially since that one had two of my favorite girls in all of Guilty's games so far (Tsubasa and Sawa). Based on the story summary.

I think the entire cast of the new Toriko game are going to be virgins with them either being targeted in a similar way as the Tsubasa cast or with the pink girl (Yukina) being the first victim and the rest of the cast either becoming victim's in the route split choices or near the end of the 'good' ending route.

My hope, which will never get fulfilled since Guilty has moved away from it, is that every girl has at least 2 scenes where she gives into the pleasure and become full slut. Not only in her bad ending, but at least one or two before it.

Yukina (the main protagonist) has an interest in photography thanks to the camera that her mom left behind, so I'm also hoping for some scenes where it's used to picture her having sex. Or do amateur AV.

This plugin does not do automatic word wrapping like the old VNTL.
The new engine does automatically wrap the lines, but you can also do it manually at/before 59 half-width characters.
You automatically get 3 lines, so there is no need to modify the script.arc.
Since the new engine is UTF-16 it natively supports non Shift-JIS characters, which is great for non EN translations.

Do you think that Guilty should go back in it's art design to the style they had when Toriko no Tsubasa was released?

Or is the their recent art style still fine to you - personally I think their latest designs seem to be a little washed out.

Since I think that for example Tsubasa's slightly darker complexion looks a lot better.

Considering the massive amounts of white stuff that gets poured into the heroines, it's honestly weird they haven't gotten pregnant yet.

Well, the problem with the pregnancy topic is the timespan the Toriko games have - I would say the games events take by my estimations around 3 - 6 weeks of time per route.

While it's certainly possible to impregnate a girl in that period of time, if she is unlucky, it's not enough for the effects to show.

So pretty much the only option to show the fact that a girl got impregnated is in the ending, which usually has some time skip from the main story events - so while, I could see a girl being pregnant in one of those ending scene's - the problem is the theme those endings have had in the previous Toriko titles - usually it's about the girl being put in a situation which earns some money for the bad guys and some minor exploration of the girls mental state in that environment.

So imo, Guilty would need to change the theme of the bad endings a little bit to allow pregnant scene's as an option for the end endings...

Guilty really needs to remaster their old games to modern advhd or anything equivalent. Just only Wanna Spartan Spermax and Toriko Chigiri but nothing else is lame.

If it was possible and generated enough income then Guilty would have done it already.

After all, which business wouldn't so no, to more opportunists to sell their products.

So either they lost access to their older games code (small chance, but it's possible to occur when a studio is active for 30 years), can't release their older titles due to some other RL reason or the most likely reason, the costs of converting their older games to their modern engine are higher then the estimated income of Guilty selling them.

I made this with Gemini in Google AI Studio. The whole translator++ integration isn't really complicated, the hard part was finding those 'opcodes' = commands to load an image/sound, jump to a choice etc. As a start I had it make a crude tool that just reads the files and then outputs the found or suspected opcodes in the console window. Then I fed those codes back to Gemini and had it append the program to accept the same command syntax and output files in the same fomat as VNTranslationTools. I would have preferred to modify VNTranslationTools, but it uses some old .NET Framework so it was easier to just make it new...
After that it was trial and error to see if the game threw an error or if my opcodes were correct. I did the troubleshooting in new conversations to avoid context rot and to only have it look at the opcodes, not the program code itself. To enable it to fix wrong codes I gave it the game files in binary around the point where the error occurred

Based on the cg's revealed so far, I don't see anything that would indicate it, so far... but maybe the future cg scene reveals are going to change my opinion.

I'm fine with things are. I think there's plenty of "variety" as is; it's not like these are Milk Factory or Lune games with Aoi Nagisa art. I like smaller tits as much as other people, but I think that a lot of the complaints over this are overblown, especially since loli, flat chests and other similar body types are offered by lots of other studios.
