The only reference I used was a picture of their skeleton, but this is what I was going for

Why Grug paint wall when Grugman make magic hole in cave that paint Grubette naked if Grub give many pelt to Grugman. Grugman give too many pelt to RockVIDIA and Grub can't get vision stone before many moon, truth, but magic replace Grug. Grug need use magic too or Grug retarded

Super cool, like the texture. Here’s a study I did my Mauricio Anton, he has a ton of Paleo and dinosaur stuff >>7924931
Very nice, lovely gesture in the leaves in the water

Your colors make the world seem ancient and alien. I think they suit the subject very well.

Interesting how those little arcs can make it seem so feathery.

I was lazy about texturing. No wrinkles or folds. I should look at rhinoceros skin up close.

Damn, that's pretty good, anon.

Thanks anon, that was exactly what I intended by picking them. This is also dope as fuck, I love the hatching and he looks super menacing especially with the lack of pupils. I always appreciate that artistic decision . Please post more

Thanks and well done again-- seems like crayon to me, yes? But parts of it a more solid than I can do with crayon, and the center of the sky where it shines? Almost like acrylic. Next one I'll give color a whirl, though I'm really slow with it.

Super awesome Dimetrodon. I really like your hatching and the definition of the head.

I drew a quick sketch of Anomalocaris about to feast on a luckless Trilobyte. Though only about a foot long, the Anomalocaris was one of the apex predators of the Cambrian period
