>>7930593 You're kidding right? Today you can literally plagiarize art styles, composition, EVERYTHING and spin it in any way you want. And the industry it's already shaping itself to that effect: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLcg6zlzY8o
>>7930532 Looks like markers to me. You could get a somewhat similar effect with water colours, since it's also a light to dark medium. Also, you can see your line work through the watercolours, so it'd help keep that spontaneous sketchy quality.
>>7930532 >how do I do thos thing you do thos thing Max saturation on shadows, desaturated pastel highlights, and saturated complimentary hues on midtones. If the highlight of a material is saturated, desaturate the shadows instead Also keep a limited colour palette since this style uses markers. Didn't do it in example but working with a textured opacity brush on a white canvas would be the go, assuming you're looking to mimic the look digitally
>>7930532 Thats just prisma/copic markers plus colored pencils. There's lots of tutorials online and a bunch of people that still make lots of art using markers/pencils.
>>7934527 >>7934595 actually gj dude I still feel like the way the brush is mixing isn't really matching the markers(? I guess?) they colored with in the OP >>7930532 Kinu Nishimura... My beloved. She's so fucking good.
>>7930554 you would know if you've seen a few movies at least. i mean, they did that (stealing) a lot, how many conan the barbarian covers do you think they ripped off for fantasy games? there was great thread on /vr/ about it once.
>>7934920 I'm sure they've had that same thread multiple times, but there's a website that documents this fairly extensively: https://www.hardcoregaming101.net/tracing/tracing.htm
