my disabled friend got exploited by a CEO, he baught her painting for only 100 dollars and evweryone clapped and cheered at toastmasters when she told us this.
Like its so amazing for a rich person to buy your painting for cheap and SO much more worthy of praise than a regular person buying a painting from you...

>>7933962 Yo another toastmasters anon? Tbf selling your work even for 100 dollars is a pretty good accomplishment. Especially if she's happy with it then nothing really wrong, yea?
If you don't post the painting there's no way of knowing if you are on the right or not It could be a random scribble for all we know, you saying "NO TRUST ME IT'S LIKE A FLOWER AND A LANDSCAPE AND IT'S NICE" does nothing If it was a random sploosh of paint, she deserved well less than 100 bucks Post it over or fuck off
I believe that as your work sells, it demands a higher price, because you become something of an investment commodity (cringe). So that first sold piece is a big deal, even if it's cheap (for now).
