Kami isn't the one writing the episodes, and that's important to note because he directed several episodes from Revice's second half that people still say are shit. I didn't think she'll be in the commercial though since she might debut fairly late since there's no indication of when she'll appear but the CM releases in May. Dawn is also listed as the 3号ライダー/No. 3 Rider in toy listings and while yeah it could be P-Bandai, but it does seem like that cements Dawn as the tertiary for sure at least internally.

I'm sure people will being up the Valvarad thing from Gotchard's toy listings, but the big difference is that he was never referred to as the 2号ライダー/No. 2 Rider as Nox was, just the No. 2 Warrior with Legend being the Legend Warrior.
