With 2025 passed, I’m running the Tamers Awards for the 4th year running again. These polls are to record the fandom’s reaction to Tamers cartoons over the past year. Sorry to say fellas. I've drawn it so that means it's cursed to never happen because I never get what I want.

But to be honest I think it would be funny if Tamers ever considers it. Although I highly doubt he will. I don't really get behind ships all that much but the last thing I would want is for Tamers to feel forced to do something he doesn't want. So I'm happy as long as I can enjoy the characters as they are, no matter what direction they take.

If were to do it myself... I think I'll take the route of Flawless learning how to fall in love with someone more than herself. Learn to be more open with her feelings since she still clings herself to that perfect facade. With Arinos in particular I think it'll be nice to see him realize there's other beings that can relate to his situation. I really dig this parallel dynamic of both being the result of a fucked up fusion spell. But Arinos feeling more unsure about his identity contrasted on how proud Flawless seems to be about it. I would make it a little messy at the begining with Flawless being far to up her own ass to treat someone else right. Maybe having Arinos realize his selfworth by leaving her but they will still have feelings and underlying tension for each other (imagine whatever). Only for Flawless to finally be honest with herself and opening up about how insecure she actually is about others not perceiving her as perfect. Reunite and all that gay cliche mushy stuff.

I dunno man I can see them both working as performers like a clown x magician duo. I think it could be funny.

My favorite scene of Flawless' development was during the Trixie Gets Fired episode. She ends up lost in Ponyville and she is unironically distraught and isolated. She spends 8 hours sitting under a random tree in the freezing cold alone (due to the weather service shitting itself) and she never seemed more vulnerable and relatable ever before and since. It's the setup for why its funny when Mari~ comes to pick her up but then ditch her for her toxic lesbian gf.

My favorite scene of hers might be the last bit from Sweety Belle in love. She was making a genuine attempt to fit in but gets rejected and its one of the few moments of weakness she has. But she still decides to shut herself and not tell the truth to her moms. I interpreted this is a development from the scene where Flawless asks Twilight if she did the right thing by telling her what Mari did. So she decides to be more reserved with her feelings from now on. Perhaps to not cause any more troubles.

Am I the only one that reads Arinos as an "it"? Seeing them as a puppet that came to life with magic gave me that vibe. He stands out just like Friendship because of an almost artificial-like body. He's less scary than Friendship but they're still cut from the same cloth. His dysphoria to me mostly comes from the external attributes of being half Soarin and Apple Split.
