I didn't pick up photography for chicks, but it definitely has tangentially helped me get way more than I ever had a chance with before.
I started getting gigs taking photos in the local music scene during college and through that met people who were into the arts. lost of amateur models, fashion designers, etc. Because of that I became well known locally and that boost in social status made more girls notice me. I was getting invited to parties and stuff all the time and meeting chicks.

But the main takeaway from this isn't that you need a camera to get chicks. You need exposure(pun intended). You need to become known in whatever niche space or community you exist in. Maybe you're the guy who hosts parties, or the local musician, or just a regular at a particular club or bar, or you're apart of some organization. Just exist in some social space like that where you can see the same people over and over again and be sociable, build frinedships, and do cool shit in the open, and people will gravitate towards you.

I didn't, I wanted to take pictures of my car and friends cars kek. You can get women with photography but they'll all be Asian and they'll just drag you around to make you take photos of them and demand they get photoshopped into oblivion to make them look sickly thin, whiter than snow and jawline with such a fine point that you could play vinyl records with it.
