Nigga the difference wasnt Kawhi OR Harden. But Kawhi was 100% a bigger loss than Harden was. Harden solo was losing to teams like the Bulls and Atlanta. Only reason Indont chastize him for losing to Phoenix twice, is because that team was clearly better than though.

But actually, once Kawhi came back they were STILL losing.

If you want to know what actually made the difference. Its when they started incorporating their depth and young guys, in Kobe Sanders, Jordan Miller especial, Yanic, and of course, once Brook Lopez started playing more consistently. I also forgot DJJ of course, but they had a winstreak a bit before he returned

You can go look up the gamelog yourself. Early season they were playing like 6 to 7 guys max, and the bench barely played. When their win streak started, like 10 guys were straight up in the rotation.

Harden was playing fucking trash stagnant offense the entire season, but got bailed out due to "hes carrying the entire offense!!!" narratives and the fact that he would randomly farm 30 point games despite shooting 40% from the field for the season, due to freethrows.

If you look at the team now, they clearly win their games off their defense, which is the secret sauce
