packs are a little over 1.5 rare WC every 10k gold (plus 10 random rares).
draft, counting only your 3/3s is 1 rare WC every 10k gold (plus 9 random rares from first picks, counting 3 drafts each refunding 2/3 of the entry fee)
your better drafts are of course a free 0.5-1 rare wildcard and some more draft money, and your worse drafts are less than half of a rare WC for 10k gold (plus 3 random rares from the first picks))

Is there an up-to-date resource on which cards are the most "value" to craft? I'm sitting on a pile of wildcards because I'm a Limitedbabby but I wanna try my hand at brewing some constructed/brawl decks just to get a few extra seasonal rewards, so I wanna focus my initial crafting on cards that are more likely to work in a lot of decks and that aren't "build around" cards - stuff like Cavern of Souls or that green Badger who seems to be in every deck I've played against so far

Try out brawl standard is kind of bad but historic brawl is great. Id recommend a 3 color commander so you can craft the talisman mana rocks and play fetches, shocks, surveil lands. Find a commander you think is interesting and you can build around it brawl is pretty forgiving with power level brackets n shieeet.

Yea it's fast, even the matches you lose are done quick. It steamrolls the izzet prowess deck most of the time for me. I don't run Roku but I might try it out and I use Ancestral Anger for some card draw. I have 3 Ramunap Ruins and only 1 Rockface Village, Ruins has won me multiple matches and I don't like getting hung up on the red mana can only be spent on creatures with Rockface.

So I must be tweaking or this game is allowing active manipulation of the hand. twice tonight I have been playing very different decks in brawl, a hashaton cycling deck, and dinosaur topdeck gishath.

My hashaton games starts with rise of the dark realm in hand, with me intending to cycle it in the early game because I'll doubt I'll make it to the mana, or graveyard, needed for it against a 5 color slop deck. Without mulligans or tutors, my opponent plays Ashiok dream render AFTER staring at my graveyard for the better part of 30 seconds. This isn't too suspicious because its 5 color slop and hashaton usually has some reanimation tools, but its odd how early and aggressive the graveyard hate was, not that it mattered since my gameplan was on cycling in tokens.

What really registered red flags was when I played gishath, and played saheeli's lattice, pitching ghalta stampede tyrant for draw, only for this player, playing Elenda, saint of dusk, to also spend 30 seconds staring at the ghalta in my graveyard before finally playing bojuka bog just after beginning to rope, again, no tutoring or mulligans beforehand, just taking too long to play the card that perfectly answers their worry.

Ran some numbers, talked with some people at the LGS. This was more balanced, however it is debatable if it should be 5 mana.

I like the design space, and the most common complaint is that it is WAY better than treasures. Goes well with Lotus Cobra. Paid for itself as a ritual. Thought behind the card was a "land ritual".

Selesnya is pretty good actually you can get under most peoples decks if they get unlucky with taplands.
Rakdos is very good probably the best. Izzet seems pretty bad. Dimir is the worst by far i think. Your ability to win is tied to how many gleaming barriers you draw, they are the worst card in any starter deck. You can also get super bad mills and get run over because of lands. Rise of the dark realms can also mill you out and kill you all for 9 mana.

I swear every time I ever play against this card in brawl im at risk of busting a gut from how hard I laugh. theft decks have always had a weird habit of top decking the most perfect card for the situation but stymied from being attached to a big butt or still needing to spend the cmc to cast it, but this cunt makes it hysterical. No matter how aggressively you control the board, the moment this bitch comes down and top decks your best one drops every single game. So far this is my most consistent deck in the current Standard environment, designed specifically to fuck over as many meta decks as possible. Early low-cost removal helps to survive until I can get core/annex down, while maindecking RIP and Torpor Orb is worth it to hose things like badgermole, reanimator, excruciator, elementals, and lessons, often resulting in immediate scoops. Considered replacing Ketramose with Slasher, but Ket is a nice payoff for all the exile I’m running anyway. Struggles a little more against weenie decks that have token generators, as well as hard control decks, but can still eke out a win since core/annex is hard to interact with if it sticks. It is a deck born of spite and a bitter resentment for the format, and I share it in the hopes that it can upset as many meta NPCs as possible.
