Imagine a warrior with 100 years of training and experience before he even becomes knighted. He can fight at range or in melee, on horse or on foot. He has the best weapons and armor money can buy, and adheres to a code, one that gives him purpose and keeps him on the straight path.

Knighthood honestly isn't all that well suited to humans. We die too early, and too much to random disease and illness or other conditions. The knight is someone you spare no expense on, so naturally, you want someone who you'll get the maximum return from, with a long life to back it up.

Hmm I'm not sure how well someone could interact with such a society and narrative "pre-fall" if naivety isn't also a major point. I can't imagine such a chivalric people -not- getting drawn into conflicts when as a culture they must adhere to a code, defeat those that would impugn their honor intentionally or otherwise. Whatever outside people might have done an elf a favor 100 years ago which only an Elf might remember but he is bound to repay the debt of a good deed. What if both sides of such an outside conflict had elves in their debt and they end up killing an elf.

Everyone in the Garden of Eden as it were, but even in Tolkien's world it wasn't perfect. They are attacked by basically the god of evil, but the pride and arrogance that followed always existed inside a considerable portion of elves who would follow Feanor. A quest and oath that would basically take a heavy toll on most of them (and others who didnt swear it) in body, mind, and spirit. Which is of course very entertaining and allows for the more significant interactions between elves and men. Well I ended up rambling a bit, but Knights will be Knights and Elven Knights will still be Knights.

It was a good thread and OP had an interesting idea. I enjoyed it.
Probably one of my favorite approaches to world building is coming up with some idea you just think is nifty and then developing a logical world based justification for it and then exploring how incorporating that would affect the rest of the world in unexpected ways.

In my setting for example, it's essentially a kitchen sink fantasy but with everything naturally developing from the four elemental creator Gods that are irrelevant in the modern world. But through this process, my elves ended up having sharp pointed teeth and primarily eat fish.
So I stole the "elvish smile" head tilt from the that screncap as they don't give humans big teeth smiles as it unnerves them.

In the games I run, I usually give elves animal ears and animal tails, and reserve the traditional pointy-eared look for half-elves.

Elves already have nature-themed associations, so I do not find this to be too great a stretch.

And yes, I often wind up giving them touches of East Asian culture, mostly China due to gacha brain rot.

Yes. I ran a character for a short campaign that is three rats. Jackie is a melee ranger with beastmaster subclass. His Beast is actually his retarded brother Boboe. Even then in the 3rd age Elrond and Thorin were good company to each other.
Rather than a blanket racial animus, it seems more like a thing between different cultures of both races. Since the elves of Mirkwood did not like the dwarves at all but they also didn't really like anyone. Even then Thingol was so moved by the plight of the lake men he joined their cause.

In my opinion, the worst part is the laziness. Go to a website, bash keyboard, look for the 3 thumbnails out 50 portraits that aren't deformed abominations, download, upload. It is possible to fix the obvious flaws (the fused finders the texture non-parterns, the failed icons, any text), either by your own hand or assisted by decent AI tools, but that would take time and attention.
