It wouldn't matter. The whole damn backstory is that Koprulu is populated by breakaway subfactions of humanity, the mutant and freaks Earth was purging, whose ships went off course. Then when Earth shows up on their door they all have roughly identical units and tactics. I mean the whole bit was supposed to be that the genetic "impurities" that got them rounded up on Earth as part of Project Purification then sent into space by Doran Routhe is why they have the psychic potential to create Ghosts.
Create yet another breakaway and it'll just be the same shit in a different sector. It's just how Starcraft rolls.

The Ultras might not have super high HP (if the larger models don't already get a special rule) and might come with tough stock
the Ultras are coming because the Tarrasque were announced and it would be weird not to have Ultralisks
The siege tank was never really that tough to begin with if it was taking any amount of damage, you've already misplayed it
you take the siege tank for the gun not the armor
the Immortals gimmick were their shields so I could see them having either really strong shields (higher number than their HP)
or an ability to make them better (probably removes surge Armor from enemy attacks)
I don't see Archon giving models really high HP as it feels like they want units to kill more than they can tank

you would need to swarm them to properly have them function like interceptors possibly giving them a respawn

None. I would try and do a "Resident Evil but in Starcraft" campaign. The players are leading a squad-sized Terran or Protoss team to investigate recent Zerg infections on a planet specifically made for that campaign. As the campaign goes on the roster of the squad shifts and changes depending on what happens in previous missions while the units within the squad "level up" with unit and tasks/objective achieving upgrades specific upgrades.

Similar, but the most complexity frontloaded onto you are the cards you buy with a secondary set of points during list building, represented by Vespene Gas. They unlock what are basically FOC slots to let you access certain units and also give you expendable rules or resources during the game. The sort of thing that clicks better after a few games.
Otherwise the turn structure is alternating activations by phase, you only need to remember three armies, and you move squads by moving just one model and everyone else groups around them. The big boxes make 1000pt armies by themselves, but the model range is very basic for everyone at the moment.

I would consider it higher because you have limited unit selection in first and second wave, and this concept of 'living rules' just seems like a gimmick to sell more models analogue with the balance spin cycle omnipresent in vidya, especially Blizzardo vidya. It would be supremely wise to avoid putting together a 2k army until more waves of units come out to avoid planned obsolescense dicking you over. If you want all the models anyway though it doesn't matter. I'll be waiting to see what the air units are like myself.
