In Mina the Hallower, there's an NPC next to a pet creature that feeds himself to the creature by the time you come back to him. He leaves a note saying "If you're reading this, I'm gone. No body, no grave. Just me and Mite, together in the end." If you interact with Mite, it coughs up a skull and the NPC's hat and attacks you. There's quite a bit of vore in that game, it turns out.
