Btw, you've never been to France, but it is very overrated. The architecture is boring, same as most of Europe: everything looks the same, just straight, square lines in 99% of buildings. Same colors (grey, cream, pink) everywhere. The Eiffel tower is the least impressive big tower I've ever been to, etc. It's all just marketing, same as it ever was. Mogged by almost any country, imo. The subway lines are also bad because there is a lack of english instructions, and people smell really strong because they don't shower. The food is also extremely expensive and basic as fuck; I dare you to ask for a coffee and a sandwich at Paul, a supposedly traditional café from the early 20th century; they will take about 20 dollars from you for a small cold sandwich with barely any meat, and the worst coffee you'll ever have. Not recommended.

Not the script, no. You can pretty much set all the bitrates in there by hand. There's ten different values for them: An array of nine bitrates for the interim videos (default 2M) and one for the output (default 1.5M). There's also a fallback bitrate in an if-statement when things go wrong, but since that only applies for invalid entries in the first place, it shouldn't matter.

I also don't think that any of the fucntions provided by ffmpeg would cap the bitrate.
The only real bottleneck that you cannot change is the input file's bitrate. If that one's low quality, you can't do much to correct it.

I've been to various euro countries in a few occasions and I lived in Sweden for a period of time... imo, it's nothing to write home about. The "actual culture" argument is getting more and more lost everyday, because euros and anglos have not realized that the rest of the world has built up to the level they used to have in the past, and has even surpassed them in many respects. Seoul is without a doubt the most futuristic city I've seen in my life, and saying it is of no interest is just sheer lies (unless you like seeing euro-architecture which hasn't changed in many centuries and is exactly the same shit which you can see in any euro-colonized place, like Santiago in Chile, for example).

Haven't posted here in a couple months. Does CRA still post here? I can't remember if you recommended this to me or not, but it was pretty good. Kinda like a Costa Rican flavored Before trilogy film. I wasn't too on board in the beginning, but I really liked the ending for some reason, even though it wasn't really anything that special. Either way, would recommend. 7/10. I just wished they had a better camera to capture some of that imagery better
