Imagine Drytron Herald format but we had Kurikara, or MR4 as a whole having Nibiru and Phantazmay since day 1 so you could have a chance vs early MR4 (spyral and gouki knightmare). No matter what ygobaboons say about fair play, at the end of the day, Fuwalos purpose is to halt the opp, my question here is why bother sugarcoating it?

Enneacraft is the only recent deck I can think of that virtually demands being played pure.

Konami generally deliberately prints too few cards in an archetype for them to be even playable pure; like, 9 members s/t included is not enough.

Konami effectively encourages deck building with engines. And I don't think that's a bad thing. Pure decks are overrated; do you really want to see yourself and others play the same combos over and over? Engine-based design introduces variety with rare dullards (e.g. Fiendsmith).

Funny how people say handtraps should not dictate the outcome of a duel, but when shitstorm decks that popped up like Numeron, Tenpai, Ancient Gear or Lunalight bust a fat nut on the opponent on their own terms by using board breakers, people had an issue about their boards doing nothing.

At the end of the day, people going ''wah wah ygo sucks'' would be scared shitless to point out their favorite deck/format because it then shows clear bias, see: Brandedfags and Skystriker trannies that only want to push agenda.

Dracotail is awful design in every sense. The less decks like it, the better.
