I disagree. Remember, part of Viconia's backstory, before she meets the player and thus independent of any player actions, is to leave Lolth for being fucked up. Her decisions with her brother happen before the events of the game. So to have that same character now torturing some random little 12 year old girl and her threatening to murder her and her family if she doesn't serve an evil uncaring goddess is directly in contradiction to something VIconia already had a freakout about and opposed. Her actions in bg3 are in direct contradiction to the character's convictions from before she met the player. Im using her right now. She’s actually very good with one of the top tier bows. Tuigan + Quiver of +1 Arrows before Spellhold, and Bow of Gesen after. Her unique strength buff is actually pretty amazing for an archer since it gives a +4 Thac0 bonus to her ranged attacks for three minutes. Give her Improved Haste and Vhailor’s Helm for a second Mazzy and she does really great damage with super high uptime and no fuss. Especially good if you’re playing a bard or also using Haer’Dalis once Enhanced Bard Song kicks in. A player character Ranger kit Archer or a throwing weapon Kensai will outperform her. But she’s still a very good archer.

If you do Cams personal quest in act 4 you visit the brothel in the abyss and go to its basement. On the way to the room Cam ordered there are other rooms you can pickpocket.
The first room you encounter has a bunch of demons that ordered a homonculus of you, the Knight Commander, because they were frustrated with losing to you in act 3.
The description of the homonculus is something like

Even if you're "romancing" her you get nothing but backhanded compliments at best from her.
