Playing crit static strike and not using Ambush, which is like it was built for that skill, is a little weird.
You don't want to use multistrike with it, to my knowledge it only repeats the melee hit and not the beams.
Your trinity will probably never be up because your cold damage is huge and your other damage types are minor, and trinity requires at least 2 of your damage types to have similar damage ranges.

In that case ignore my comment about exerting and multistrike.
I would say that you should maybe consider using a cold rare weapon+frenzy stacking (for ice bite) instead of using 2 Calls.
I would look to run a different aura than wrath personally cuz damage with warden shouldn't be an issue most of the time.
I would personally redo the whole thing and make it so that it enables sap of the season manaburn stacking and then go harder on defense, but I just fucking love tincture memes like that.

with how overpowered jewelry is and the inability to take that node with mageblood for a lot of builds it's not just equal to mb it's actually better. When you then consider optional further investment like wearing a Gull it's no contest, but even if you just use a belt slot it's better than mageblood since action speed is so much more valuable than movespeed

Echoing=Acceleration but neither will be allowed. Infinite damage or half infinite damage + infinite movement speed is broken and strictly better than Mageblood in every instance.

Gloom would be based and is on the same power level as Diamond if they allow it. Diamond is unbeatable on big AoE explode builds and HoI/HoT because of mega crits.

Everything else is irrelevant because you always want Resistance as your defensive except maybe in some weird archmage build.

this is why reading comprehension is important. the belt does not prevent you from equipping flasks, it just doesn't work if you're under a flask effect.
instant recovery life/mana/hybrid flasks are completely unaffected. instant recovery is also a prefix while shit like curse removal, shock immunity, freeze immunity, ignite immunity, poison immunity are suffixes
you can show up with 5 instant recovery hybrid flasks and just mash them to have BETTER recovery than somebody using a mageblood while also having immunity/removal if you want it.

mageblood is unironically dead. you either want headhunter or this new belt, mb is the new poorfag cope option. You only lose flasks entirely if you go for the bloodline ascendancy, and getting a third ring slot in exchange is more than fair for needing to get some ailment immunity across your 20+ jewels/pantheon/clusters by that point.
