I have played RJ01228382. It was good.
The gameplay is okay. The game is a pretty standard beat em up. Outside of your basic auto combo it seems pretty difficult to do any comboing or juggling, and you don't have any way to attack downed enemies. There's technically a decent number of different enemies, but they all feel pretty much the same to fight. The difficulty seemed a little on the easy side even on hard and the only time I had to continue was the final boss (and that's just because he has 20 some adds in the fight). It's pretty much what I expect from an h game beat em up. The game does have co-op, if you really want to do that with someone.
The h content is good. It's all sprite sex. Both protagonists share h animations, and while enemies usually have a few different animations they can use there's a lot of shared animations between different enemies. Every animation has a variation for if the girl is conscious or fainted.
I give the game a 5/5. It's a bit short and there's less unique animations that you might expect but what's there is very good.

Getting them is required to unlock the last medallion since it takes 5 Ruin. The mad forms are good, but they are a pain to slot in since some become undead.
Get them if you are confident about your teams, because you'll also have to fight Golden Loki if you are on Very Hard+ and you do don't want to do that with improvised squads
