FRLG is better than 3D All Stars. It was a re-release that wasn't butchered by Nintendo aside from the profanity filter but the trend of using profanity to name Gary has also kind of died. It also gives you access to events which is something you don't get without action replay on the original games.
In comparison 3D All Stars uses the worst version of Mario 64, a Sunshine that was even more glitchy than the Gamecube version, and a version of Galaxy where the waggle controls are really awkward and lack precision if you're using a real controller.

My OG Switch from all the way into 2017 started doing a weird grinding noise sometimes with some specific digital games if booted them up right after turning it on, the sollution was to just put the console to rest for like 10 seconds then wake it up and the noise is gone. The Mario Movie series seems to be "blowing its load early" -- the second Mario movie, coming this April, is the Super Mario Galaxy Movie. This creates a problem: when doing the inevitable THIRD movie, how are they gonna top Galaxy? They can't just do the plot of Odyssey, since a lot of SMO elements have already been absorbed into the movies so far.

But here's an idea: What if they went for... "The Super Mario RPG Movie" as the third?

No one would see it coming -- the Mario movies adapting Mario games that have an actual story? Preposterous.

But here's the question: How WOULD they do it? What "Mario RPG" would they adapt (putting rights issues aside)? And who would be the main villain this time? Cackletta? Fawful? Smithy?
