I think it's better to use single ER 3 cost. Like say you only managed to get her to 150% ER, that means you only lose 17.5% echo skill dmg but on the other hand aero 3 cost will give her 30% dmg from main stat. Unless of course that amount of ER fucks her rotation by not being able to use liberation.
