Hm, looking at the monthly revenue numbers, I'm pleasantly surprised. Relatedly, I always knew the game would be a success, but I had kind of expected the underlying model to be completely different - I'd thought it'd start out high based on production value and IP strength, and immediately shed a bunch of people who didn't vibe with factory gameplay or how it differed from Arknights.
Instead, it looks like it has very strong retention numbers thus far - strangely high, in fact, when one would have expected most people to have bought the BP and other minor purchases in the first month. I guess this suggests a lot of people swiped for Gilberta and Yvonne?

Heat teams are pretty SP hungry as well since they're skill spammers. You could skip endmin for the panda but you lose out on flexibility then crushing at 1-3. Rossi would want to upkeep her bleed and do her double combo on CD so you'll be using her skill a fair bit

Not really considering you start with ultimates straight away now instead of needing to autism farm them up outside the instance. Turbo applying cryo is far more valuable there. You can get your last rite combo during the opening ultimate nuke window. And you can chain yvonnes solidify faster allowing you to dump ultimate and gain energy quicker afterwards

Breach itself doesn't really buff the team as it's mostly elemental at this point so you're likely going Endmin or Da Pan for Crush but if a significant amount of your damage is coming from Crush it makes you wonder why you don't just go the Physical Version. If we do get another source of Infliction this could definitely change a lot

Very versatile kit. You can probably play her as a full DPS (depends on the numbers though) or as a cryo applicator for other arts teams. She does not work well for shatter teams I believe due to being fully arts damage and not providing much support for physical damage.
Her JP VA being Power from CSM is a big plus. If you like her design I doubt you will regret rolling for her anytime soon.

This one's a problem. From what I see there are 2 ways to play her.

This is basically the build where you want to achieve 3 vulnerability stacks with Rossi in a single rotation. But you *need* a single stack of arts application from someone else, so physical teams now have to think about replacing 2 characters. Akekuri could work, but 100SP for a single stack of heat is very expensive. Gilberta works, too, but provides little else for physical teams. Those strongly recommending Gilberta with Rossi just because the developers said so will get burned. She doesn't *need* Gilberta, she *enables* Gilberta in phys teams but not too much.
This way to play Rossi currently suffers from an identity crisis.

This is what I'd prefer to play her as, but this one heavily depends on the numbers on her passive talent. You make full her of her DPS + Combustion + passive talent crit procs, which means she is also your controlled operator. Likely needs her sig weapon & Wulfgard with full ult recovery build in order to be able to keep Combustion alive indefinitely.
If you're unsure, I would recommend pulling Tangtang as the safer option & getting Rossi on her rerun when there are a few more characters out that potentially synergize better with her kit. Right now all of her teams come attached with some inconsistencies.

I think you got that wrong. You could always place the buildings outside the AIC area, they just wouldn't work. That's the reason why some people were able to reach certain areas with the aid of those placing those generators. The optimization is you can CONSTRUCT items and buildings OUTSIDE the AIC. Piloting Laev outside of her Ult is sub-optimal in general, I found. Her normal BA string animations are awful and don't really do that much more damage if you do it manually. The AI does not have to suffer being blinded by her awful VFX either, so it generally dodges better, and will also never accidentally animation cancel her enhanced battle skill, which is the number one DPS loss in her entire kit. Laev is not a sustain DPS outside of her ult, her normal kit is a conditional (enhanced BS + combo) nuker.
So for the Umbral bulls, you want to either pilot someone else from the team, or swap in either a parry operator (like Catcher) or a hard CC spammer (like Chen) in order to lock down the bulls, if you insist on piloting Laev and are not good at dodging + insist on doing normal BA strings with Laev.

If her combo ends up having a 20s or less cooldown, she'll be a nice upgrade to lifeng as a free vuln applier.
Almost makes me wanna level my endmin to run them with chen, rossi, and akekuri or something. Super fast and braindead 4 vuln combo that only needs 2 SP to setup, isn't reliant on shit like basic attacks at all, and will crush for 200-300k.

There is a reason, they get information by putting out a BP, it tells them how many people are willing to pay a small amount, how many refresh it after the month is over, how many people log in every day with/without a BP. It's all for information gathering. Could they get information by putting it in the bundle store or something? Sure. Do they want people able to hoard sanity and therefore ignore the game/stop playing daily. No. So they won't do that.

I don't think she's an upgrade to Lifeng. You are sacrificing phys vulnerability (an multiplicative stat) and link for a few extra vulnerability stacks - which won't even work if you don't also slot in some arts infliction. I think people are going to get burned trying to play her as a vulnerability applier in physical teams.
I think her best position is main DPS in a team with Wulfgard, but even then you are dealing with mixed heat/physical damage.
