After listening to people doom and hype over the patch notes, this seems to be roughly the average opinion of high tier pvp discordfags on solo queue CC post patch.

Notes
>A lot of people think SAM and to a lesser extent RPR may be top tier now, but it's hard to say w/o playing exactly where they'll land.
>BLM looks better but also higher skill now, hard-ish to evaluate.
>WHM MoN change seems very strong on paper but mostly for coordinated play, not solo queue. Verdict out a little on how much it bumped it for solo play.
>PCT, SCH, BRD not getting nerfed pretty much universally top tier players, particularly PCT.
>RDM slowly trending down as every other job keeps getting buffed, even though it's still very good b/c of all the utility, but their damage sucks comparatively at this point.
