Endless Hotfoot loses a lot of value in on a very niche situation

You have Tiranwynn to solve smithing, you have kandarin to be forced to grind agility anyways for tasks, and you have Asgarnia or Wilderness so you can either punch Amethyst or punch rune golems. Woodcutting and fishing are basically equal between barb and endless since they are both semi afk anyways you either be slightly more active with barbarian and finish them way faster or be completely afk but they are a lot slower. Cooking will be easy for endless hotfoot but cooking is a super fucking easy skill to level anyways.

I remember it being kind of rough to do with melee but I got spooned on the Thousand Dragon Ward pretty quickly which trivialized the fight
It's not a super mechanically difficult fight but it's a step up from basic bosses, probably comparable to something like Vorkath with a lot of the same requirements (you need antifires and antipoison/venom)
I think with the correct build (crossbow or water mage) the average person will be stronger this time and probably have an easier time dealing with his mechanics than people trying to do it with melee last League
Just keep in mind that Antifire potions (69 Herblore) are mandatory or you'll get chunked out by the chip damage even through a shield + protect mage (water mage might be able to heal through it). And if you're fighting it ranged you can upgrade your Hunter's crossbow or whatever you're using to a Rune crossbow with rune/onyx tipped bolts.

There are constant tornadoes that circle the edge of the room and cross towards the center. But the safespots where you normally stand are still safespots so they barely matter.

Probably wont be an issue day 1/2 since non-Larcenists aren't going to be rushing 75 Thieving. The one in Mor Ul Rek is out of the way enough that you wouldn't have to worry about it, and it has a better drop table than the normal ones. Plus if you afk there for 10 hours you have a good chance of getting the Onyx drop 10x'd which would be pretty funny.
If you want to do a normal one just do the one in Priffdinas, literally everyone who picks Tirannwin is going Larcenist.

The only thing with ToB is that unlike CoX and no-death-invocation ToA, there is no way you can do it deathbanked.
So if your inventory/bag is in a messed up state because you're mid-grind or whatever, you often can't pivot into doing ToB, but people absolutely do do it.

Speedrunning hunter lets you do a lot of cheesy shit that makes it super easy while doing it normally makes you suffer and some region combinations dont need the other relics.

Guild hunters will not assign a rumour already assigned by another guild hunter, which essentially "blocks" the rumour from being assigned by any other guild hunter. This allows players to build a block list of rumours by completing rumours for other guild hunters until an undesirable rumour is assigned, then leaving that assignment unfinished in order to prevent all other hunters from assigning it.

Note: You must start with Huntmaster Gilman (Novice) to begin building a block list. Once Huntmaster Gilman assigns you an undesirable task, move up to the next level of Huntmaster to block additional tasks, otherwise previously blocked tasks will be unblocked.

Note: The task completed after an individual reset will not count as a task for your block list. You have to receive at least two consecutive tasks from the same guild hunter so that it counts as a blocked task.

This means constructing a specific block list requires some planning. Refer to the list of rumours to see where each guild hunter's rumour pool overlaps or use the recommended block lists.

Be careful to avoid accidentally resetting all assignments using Huntmaster Gilman. This may be useful at the start of constructing a block list, but if done accidentally, it can erase all of your progress. Also, keep in mind the mechanic described above in the "individual reset" paragraph. Tasks received using this mechanic do not work as a block, so it may cause some confusion if you are not aware of it.
