Shiv's kit is an absolutely atrocity and the game is significantly less enjoyable whenever he's viable. A character should not be mobile and beefy at the same time, and Shiv players get to take the most retarded trades and win because of how absurdly overstatted he is.

I've been at ritualist for about 2 weeks now and this isn't true. In my lobbies urn is run almost every time it spawns and midboss is usually run at least once (people are still bad at taking it off of small advantages and just wait until there's basically a team wipe before attempting it). Ritualist has people who placed initiate with hundreds of hours logged who are probably better than emissary/archon players who got placed up there for free despite being brand new to the game.

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago. at first I felt despair seeing my rank go down 6 notches but then I realized now I was in a position that I could play whatever hero I want; no more having to only choose sweat picks. I also realized I could do gimmick builds and still win like spirit drifter or gun rem. when I was higher rank people still don't look at the map or even know there's a last-hit mechanic and have no concept of "you get more souls shoving a lane back than spending 3 minutes trying to kill a single fat jungle creep" so nothing changed there. You're freer than you were before, and if you really miss your old rank for some crazy reason you can boost yourself in brawl by spamming cheesy brawl picks.

Are Mo Krill worth playing? They're the only character so far that I actually seem to enjoy playing gameplay wise. But since they seem to do no damage, I'm not sure what the point is. How do you even play them? As support so that your team gets the kills?
