Setup instructions for Seamless Co-op (up to 6 players) + More Map Variations (field boss possibilities go from 22 to 87, castle variations go from 3 to 24, castle basement boss possibilities 7 to 28, possible Night bosses 35-54) + DS3 + SOTE weapons (plus accompanying relics I think).
Download and install Mod Engine 3
https://github.com/garyttierney/me3/releases
When it's finished installing, check the option for it take you to the mod engine 3 folder, otherwise you'll have to navigate there yourself (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\garyttierney\me3\config\profiles\ni ghtreign-mods)
Big also: Windows key>run>type me3 updater and hit enter.
Download this:

which is a zip of all the mods in one folder. Unzip the files within to the profiles>nightreign-mods directory. Should look like this in the end:

Then you would boot up the game from that .me3 file, which automatically loads up Seamless + the other mods. Since Seamless has its own servers, there's no chance of being banned.
>How do I use my NR save?
Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Nightreign\<bunch of numbers>. You'll see a file called NR0000.sl2. Copy and paste that, rename the pasted file from NR0000 - Copy.sl2 to NR0000.co2. Then that's it, ready to launch from More Map Variations.me3.
Joining a lobby:
With the game launched from the .me3, copy and paste a lobby code into your browser. Not the Steam in-game browser, doesn't work there.
Note: None of this affects your vanilla save.
Note 2: Do not reuse the .co2 save for vanilla Nightreign. It will now be contaminated and likely banned if From ever updates the game again. If it was only Seamless Co-op in play, that save is interchangeable, but not with the other mods.

Nothing configuring can't fix. Re: your relics potentially not working: check your relics on game start next time, they'll be blanked out or otherwise very obviously not working. Fulghor and Maris = Raider with a lightning fist build
Caligo and Pests = Raider with a fire great hammer build
Heolster and Dogs = Wylder with a holy great spear build.
Mystery boss = Wylder with holy great spear build.(This is my safety build, because I'm scared of both Dogs and Heolster the most)

I'm flattered you think I'm that good but I'm not. I have a 16.67% win rate out of my 24 total games. It doesn't help that my teammates are retarded and quit more often than not. The game I just played had the executor rushing an evergaol at level 1 which we did beat well and then he wanted to run across the map to the flask upgrade without stopping to kill anything. During their marathon run, which I didn't follow, the scholar died 3 times to a rat, quit and then the executor quit too. Leaving me alone to face a boss on the first night that I've never fought before. I did manage to get it to half health before dying which was nice.

Max fundamentalist lines and discus are pretty broken. Beast claw rev is arguably the best damage dealer in the game, lightning spear is good vs fulghor. Revenant is honestly up there with iron eye and duchess since the starting incant update

You really wanna throw zero threat frisbees for 45 minutes? Bad enough people will beastclaw for an entire run, at least beastclaw has some nuance to it when trying to stay close enough to hit nightlords. Rev's real issue is all the garbage incants in the pool of seals, on top of the RNG of dormant seals. If they got rid of all the elemental buffs, rejection, ect, she could reliably get a usable spell on night 1.

Triple Rings, Bestial Sling, Black Flame should have all been starters. I figure Rings over Discus would be better since it's way more FP inefficient than Discus where as with Discus we'd be doing like 2-3k discs on Dogs, Dreg, Libra and Heolstor always. It would probably feel like Halo builds but with no RNG. I try to play other builds on Rev, but they feel so bleh unless it's just Beast Claw/Lightning Spear school maxing. Like I have a +6 incants/night invader/gaol/extra FP/ult on kill 0 and +1 and that build just feels so mediocre after the massive buff of starting spells. Either I use whorefrost/bell to start with which feels very okay, or I use my Beast Claw that has invaders on it and I spend 90% of the game using shitty Beast Claw and I think, "I should have just played my Bestial build".
I want to use my Frenzied Flame, Godslayer and Fundamentalist builds, but I've had so many games where I don't get any of the related spells and I'm even more than useless all game. Weh.

It hits coming and going, the discs can linger for extra hits if you space well and in my opinion the FP cost has always been reasonable. Holy damage clears phys in most situations AND is easier to stack.
It's so goddamn good. Only thing Beast Claw has over it is the chargeability which makes those charged incant passives and godfrey's icon compatible with it.

And by "the game" I mean Elden Ring and within the context of Frenzy being a kit of spells designed explicitly for PvP. In that context you get everything you could ever want from it. In Nightreign it's been reduced to 2 spells mostly. Burst isn't good enough for the cost overall, I wouldn't use it as a start spell. Even on a boss you want fire damage for, the frenzy other spells are much much more powerful. Burst is rad when you're sniping people with it in PvP or in PvE in Elden Ring [not Nightreign] because the reach and fast projectile speed are very very useful but in NR you just want as much damage as possible and as quick as possible and Unendurable Frenzy and Flame of Frenzy can't be beat for that. Flame of Frenzy is fucking wacky mega strong in both games.

It's built into his strave-driver crossbow device; it's a pretty cool piece of medieval-tech. It feels superior to Sekiro's implementation.
It's a mobility tool and also means to combo-extend, and the fiery GS follow-up is one of the most satisfying attacks in the game for me esp when you learn to use it right. Extra utility if you get bleed on it and 2x charges and he's the easiest char to proc successive effects as far as I am aware.
I just see people who insist on playing UT over 'better' melees as waifufags or agp-weirdos, which you kinda just confirmed. No hate though, you do you, there's a shortage of UTs anyway.

My favorite hidden movement tech is double dodging off ledges as Duchess. It's vaguely better than simply surgesprinting off. the cliff. I'm not 100% on how it works but basically I kthink what happens is you dodge off the cliff and if you repeat the dodge, it happens in midair and so for a sec you're moving in midair at the speed of duchess' dodge. So it's like a SLIGHT boost.

You're not even qualified for bronze. Deep of the Night is made explicitly for experienced players. If you look up the overview trailer, the very first line from the announcer is "Using the skills honed through countless nights..." Yes, you haven't even experienced enough nights to have encountered all of the bosses yet. Have you cleared all of the bosses in the base game already? Have you cleared all of the remembrances already? What have you done to even count yourself as a bronze player? It shouldn't be as hard as it is for you to get out Depth 1. But because you're learning everything on hard mode, the climb is steeper for you. And because you're playing with others, you're dragging them down and probably not even realizing it. Even if you can argue some bad teammates here and there, surely for the bulk of games, *you* are the bad teammate.
