The problem is parrying is such a disproportionately powerful tool compared to melee that there is zero reason to melee unless you guarantee it or you're in a chaotic fightball. My proposal is parry should just be a reduction/removal of damage from the melee and the stun only happens on a perfect parry, which has a narrow frame perfect window just before you get hit.

Abrams is good but he's a brust check, if the enemy team can do your health bar before you heal it back up then your dead, abram's biggest downside is him needing time to heal when all his abilities force him to frontline a bit too hard.
Both are good though i personally need to build more gun resistance on abrams, my build has some issues in that regard
