Netflix1 Algorithm

Algorithm for voting of a system of users. Items are chosen based on the best category. A new category is created when an upvote is created

Items are categorized into various groups based on whether an upvote is made or downvote is made.
Upvote puts it into two groups. Downvote separates.

Downvote puts items into negative block categories. And upvote allows users to view their best.
