Well, it's understandable that now NTE is their designated gacha game, so they change ToF to pure MMO. But I still think pure MMO cannot survive in this era, even that new Blue Protocol is not that promising. I don't see the export thing in UAssetGui, only extract or save, so I extracted the POIconfigs.uasset. But I got a file format error when I opened it even though it's a .uasset

i liked this game honestly, but i was f2poor and my character was not doing much damage in all of the content so i fucked off i loved the character creation and ability to use any weapon on our created characters i hope the daily grind will be quick, i just want to explore and play coop content

However, whales can buy gold and use that to buy out items from the auction house, so they have a big advantage at the start but f2p can eventually catch up, unlike in the regular gacha server. I don't think the daily grind will be quick, it will take longer than normal since they replaced the gacha systems with grind. If you can't stand MMO levels of grind then don't play it.

You can create you own custom character and use whatever weapons you want, or use the character skin and any weap regardless if it's theirs. Weapons are what define the role. On the new mmo servers, you'll get 2 weaps of each role first day and then 1 weap daily for the whole month. You can play around and see which you'd like to main during the launch weeks, but down the line pick and focus your main since resources become less available for equal investment. Dunno if we'll still get game character as skins

For now I think EOS is unlikely due to them having no other games to fall back on in rerms of money generation and of course the founders are still making a lot of money compared to regular waging. At an assumed 300k yearly they're millionaires by now, likely higher salaries years back when I presume the game made way more.
