-- "The most important job of a maid is to protect her employer!" --
A speckless home, a speckless soul.
Although Alf is quite clumsy in all manners of mundane household chores, she is surprisingly dependable during fights. Alf usually confronts enemies with her shotgun. Activating the Reactor on her back converts the shotgun into a flamethrower, spewing fires that reduce enemies into cinders. "NO WEAPONS in the kitchen." — A memo from the Detective, posted on the fridge door.
-- "At your service, patron. Whether it's throwin' hands or passin' notes in a test—count me in." --
Memoirs, alumni books, and case files. Words like reflections in wine.
Argos works in a bar where all sorts of people gather. He carries a cane gun all the time, a helpful tool for deterring inebriated troublemakers. Of course, Argos prefers conversing with his shakers. He can support his fellow partners in combat. Those exhausted in battle can always count on Argos to offer a freshly shaken mix with therapeutic properties.
-- "Life has not been kind to me. Death, on the other hand... has been a truer friend." --
Trace the Reaper's steps, and let the deceased spill the truth.
A cold and mean doctor who conducts medical research in secret chambers within her clinic. She is capable of applying medical expertise in combat to deliver a fatal blow to adversaries. Due to her congenital illness, Firtho must wear a life-sustaining device at all times. She wants no pity and hates being a burden. In the endless river of death, life is only a coincidence along the way.
>the boss from the original trailer is now a playable character Thank god. I'm not a fan of when early antagonists are killed off or sent to NPC jail for 5+ years.
-- "Let's keep those brats in check, and then we'll get to have our vacation in peace." --
Let the lad stumble, pick out the lapse, and demonstrate proper form.
Chief Inspector of the River Constabulary. A dutiful yet weary nice guy. Lorin fights criminals with his electric boxing glove, which has been set to non-lethal voltage levels. The constabulary is a rather new organization, and enforcing the law has been extremely arduous. Lorin, perplexed by his job, offered the Detective a partnership. Though he is no prodigious detective, the world would eventually not rely on heroes but on a stable and sustainable system.
>PCs that don't meet the specs won't be able to enter the beta I understand why, but it is also a good idea to try the game in many different specs, even inferior ones, to see how it runs and optimize
>>1924373 Dang, yeah I haven't heard of too many people getting in. Though the circles I visit outside of 4chan are pretty small. >>1924515 Yeah, the requested specs for this test are high. I wonder how feasible it will be for this to run on mobile at all, other than just being a convenient device for low effort tasks.
-- "A few older noble relatives still have to call me their auntie! Detective, want to join them?" --
The rising crescent symbolizes the future of The Royal Families and the City.
The much-loved scion of House Luna, an innocent young aristocrat, and the Detective's landlady. Cynthia is a naughty prankster, though her acts of mischief are mostly harmless. After all, noble acuity and insight naturally flow within her veins. The bread kitty toys are her most loyal entourage. Any miscreants seeking to do harm to the scion shall face their most unforgiving acts of sanction.
>Check out some SilverPalace leaks >Game is basically just a Genshin skin >Same gacha economy and mechanics down to 160 currency per roll >Same character progression >Same character swap mechanics >Same weapon/lightcone system
oh man the first trailer was fucking crazy and now the real deal is such a fucking huge letdown
>>1926420 Alf's ass is honestly quite incredible Right now I put the story on hold so I'm just brute forcing the exploration and fighting random mobs with trash gear. The gunplay feels gay but otherwise the combat feels fine, the parry indicators line up pretty well so far. World looks very pretty, they hit that nail on the head. Exploration is kinda easy when you can just fly on the hores and skip all of the grapple stuff, only really doing grapples because getting the horse to fly is annoying.
>>1925963 After playing it, it feels more like Wuwa then Genshin. Also as of right now there doesnt seem to be an artifact system, just weapon and skills. I dont know if it unlocks later but right now there isnt an icon for it on the character screen, which there was for everything else before it gave me anything.
>>1926455 They'll probably add upskirt fade later, but that is indeed a nice ass shot there (especially with that pantyhose seam). Also, what language are you playing? Do they show who the VAs are?
>>1926466 Gave me some reason to search around in the menus, but no it doesn't look like the EN VA's are listed. Let me get the JP VA's downloaded and see if maybe they're listed.
>>1926936 Well, that explains why they're allowed to show a cat's balls (or maybe it's a cameltoe) as seen here >>1926884. Also, who's that bunny girl supposed to be?
>>1927156 >who's that bunny girl supposed to be? Not sure, she only really showed up in the initial trailers and isn't in this initial beta test. I wonder if she'll appear in the next test?
>>1926936 These are provisional ratings. They will censor the game until it gets ESRB T/PEGI 12 ratings or at least M/17+ ratings. Not a single company who isn't producing porn or deliberately seeks controversy wants to have an AO rating that limits their availability on consoles and app stores.
>>1927592 If they were to keep the AO rating, their reach will be extremely limited. >banned from the appstore and google play >banned from all consoles >high chances of being rejected by steam (BD2 got rejected with a lower rating) and other popular stores >must comply with age verification laws of cuck countries like UK >high chances of getting involved in drama for being the first game since Hatred with that cursed rating >high chances of getting raped by the worstkorean and chink governments >could even get raped by the amerikike government now that republicoons with an eternal boner for banning games are the ruling party
>>1927603 Yes. Even a more common M/17+ rating is enough to give trouble to the studio and limit their reach, and with how expensive AAA gacha like SP are, not earning a shitton of money on the first month is almost a death sentence.
I'm certified yurifag but I will pick male MC bacause he look like someone who is intelligent, nihilistic, and with a wicked sense of humor. Which fit the world setting.
>>1929605 The gameplay felt a bit bare-bones, I think they were mostly aiming to get opinions on how the style and characters felt + bug hunting. For example; there wasn't much character building to be done, it was just their levels, their talents, and their weapon. I also had no idea what half of the stats did since none of it ever comes up, kek I did at least like that parrying stuff was important to do if you wanted to kill things quickly. The element 'system' doesn't really seem to exist for much. You just get a big extra hit if you have 3 characters of an element, and build up 5 stacks of said element. I didn't do the surveys for the next test so I don't know if the next test will address how the gameplay feels.
Overworld stuff is fine enough, but it feels clunky since you use the horse for most of your faster movement, but you can't do anything besides running and gliding with said horse, so you're frequently getting on and off the horse to open chests, collect items, etc.
>>1929839 I hope they lay off the chest collection bullshit and try to do something else with their open world. Im sick of searching the map for 1/100 of a roll and some other useless mats
>>1933301 >Yuri-coded MC >any fanservice like >>1932243>>1932246 and soon to be >>1932694 will be slowly removed during the ongoing beta test in typical CN fashion.
>>1933477 >anyone expecting fanservice and not censorship in a ch*nk openslop gacha at this point is delusional fixed. chink autobattlers dont actually suffer from this
>>1933301 Considering that the shitshow regarding the Endfield launch is mainly based around something about paypal (at least from what I've heard), it'll probably be fine if they focus on making sure that the game engine actually works. >>1933372 >>Yuri-coded MC What kind of yuri are they setting up with the MC? Speaking of which, when did it start becoming more common to have the female MC to be the main one in these kind of games? Do you think they'll do a bait and switch and start doing more advertising with the male MC and act like that's the canon one or are they stuck with the one they initially advertised with like in Genshin?
>>1933797 Female MCs appeal more to the market because it's increasingly becoming one of sad men who want to see cute girls more than weird self inserters, despite what insecure anons will tell you.
>>1933804 >Female MCs appeal more to the market Maybe if she was sexy like 2B or Eve but most of the little discourse this game is getting is because of Cinderella not FeMC.
>>1933864 >Cinderella Speaking of which, based on the fragments of the story they showed in the beta, would I be correct in assuming that Cinderella is that assistant, Ashley?
>>1929562 >>1929598 >>1932694 What are the chances this game is going to get censored on release? From what I can tell, it's a Singapore developer but a Chinese publisher.
>>1925963 Really just can't get away from swap gameplay. Was hoping it'd be fairly different than the usual. Maybe theres still some time for them to change it though
>>1960864 I think the issue is no one wants to just pull for a stat stick. Optimally you'd have some setup like MvC1 where you just have assists while one character is fighting, then just cycle characters as assists or main characters for endgame modes. People have favorites they want on field all the time, and that seems like the natural conclusion.
>>1972642 I found it on aplaybox, just play with them yourself cinderella https://files.catbox.moe/xqrhg7.zip alf https://files.catbox.moe/pzd8tc.zip rosy https://files.catbox.moe/hj319k.7z there's also femc but there's nothing interesting about her model so i'l save you the disappointment. Another funny thing i'd like to mention is that one of the character got polys on the moles, of all things. Also there are no nipples in the model, i just censored it for shit and giggle.
