I wonder how long I can keep it. Also, there's a huge advantage to being in the top 3 with deceptively low BP. Tons of people will try to fight you because you award the most points off a Victory. My thing reads 180,000 in the battle screen too, so people who hover around my actual BP or even just above it get btfo by my S5 Joan who I also keep hidden, netting me tons of passive points off of free defensive wins.

It's not just the 55 day Empoussa banner. Everything that used to normally last 3 weeks is now stretched to 2 months. It's clear they're running out of content. And in fact, I think this whole Empoussa thing was planned for the Anniversary, but they're likely pushing it out early because the game isn't going to make it that far.

That was all of my gems and my hail Mary.
My pacts have expired. I have no intention to renew them. I quit SaB a week ago to focus on other games. Been playing an autobattler called Dragon Traveler since last year. Personally the art looks like generic waifuslop and the gameplay is just like SaB, but it has so many fun modes, both PvE and PvP. I have been suggesting Moonton to give this game a look so that they can improve SaB. I'm sure there are better games out there, but I think I'll stick to this and Blue Archive.

Yeah, but it's more fun than SaB, and that is why it sucks. It was gradual, but over the months I felt like I was playing this more and last week I deleted the vampire game when I needed space.

If Moonton ever gives out good news, I'll come back but in the meantime I'll be waiting like Manboobs Noah.

Taiona killed the game by nullifying 80% of content immediately; her and summer Bella made 95% of content pointless
Instead of making engaging content around other characters the devs were lazy with anti-Taiona gimmicks (which disbarred most others anyway)
No other unit matched her powercreep her powercreep outright until empousa and only the succs had a fun pairing gimmick

I can at least that on a personal level, this was very much the case for me. I remember being interested in the game because of its character designs and story, and then getting to the combat sections in the tutorial and feeling like "that's it? I didn't do anything, I just hit ultimate." It was extremely disappointing.

I tolerated the gameplay. I never liked it. And then as I played the game more and more and understood the mechanics better, I started to clearly see the design limitations of such a gameplay style.

But all the coping retards who constantly defended this game, especially in the discord, kept arguing till they were blue in the face that "no, it's just an autobattler bro" and that "it's actually very skillful and don't understand because I'm not a top ranked player."

Eventually I did get top rank in the PVP modes and that further exposed that's high rank is pure p2w. No skill.

Personally, I'd have wished the combat was more akin to Darkest Dungeon or Morimens, or whatever. Anything other than this gay autochess shit.

In short.
Fuck the game.
Fuck the devs.
And most importantly, fuck all the braindead whales in the discord who STILL defend this trash to this day and are coping it's not dead.
