If you care so much about competitive being fair between whales and F2P the best ones are probably the pokemon games (pocket and live)
The best mobile TCG right now is probably Shadowverse World's Beyond all things considered but it is not very F2P friendly at the higher levels of competition

Isn't it natural in TCGs to get a stronger deck by Trading Cards? That's obviously going to depend on currency spent. Or luck.

I've been playing Might & Magic Fates, which is decent and still in its early stages. I'm in Diamond tier as F2P, which is one rank below the highest (Celestial)
That said, it's of course P2W, and I would and do absolutely get crushed 9/10 times against anyone with a no-compromises meta deck
Watch a strim or give it a try or whatever

Are there smaller/simpler mobile CCGs, maybe even with a story for some pve challenges like the old Gameboy Pokémon TCG game?
