Bought 2 cards about 20-30% lower than what I find on cardmarket, using buyee, whose service was great, package consolidation worked, slow tracked air shipping was cheap (8€), also got a coupon for a discount, everything great, BUT then I had to pay 35€ in customs and it kinda offset all the discount I had.
Maybe Americans have less customs bullshit (doubt it) and they don't have cardmarket which is a godsend, so it could be good for you, but as an EUfag in the future I'll probably only use mercari to buy ancient exclusive shit like carddass.

I know this with almost every Pokemon store security footage that gets posted. The only damage ever caused is breaking down the door. Once the thieves are inside, they are very careful and respectful of everything and go straight to the case that has the good stuff and go behind the counter and carefully remove it all.

Knowing which case to hit? That’s basic homework during open hours. Not really suspicious. Minimizing uninsured property damage though, is always suspicious. Even just knocking some stuff off the shelves. When you steal something from a store, making a mess isn’t just to be an ass, it’s to make it confusing for the owners to determine everything that was taken when they show up.

Would not surprise me at all if these people have the cards back in their possession prior to even inspecting the break in. Take them out of their slabs and they are immediately clean. I have never seen this happen with pokemon products so I have no idea what you're talking about. People that purchased boxes for 2x MSRP don't sell for under MSRP. That has never happened in this hobby, definitely not within the last 5 years lol

Pokemon TCG is 30 years old and already had two major crashes, not really sure why you think it’s gonna be immune forever, especially when you didn’t address the lack of a nostalgia market for modern cards to drive up prices. Majority of Pokemon card buyers are late 20s to early 30s. You really think they are gonna stick with this well into their 50s-60s when they start having kids and an actual life beyond waking up at 5am to harass Target employees?
