in my experience, yes you can take off a dirt spec, but if it's caked on, ur likely going to be left with a noticeable spot where it was because removing it also pulls off some of the surface paint it was attached to. technically better than a dirt spec on the card, but it will still most likely reduce the grade even if you clean it.

Aside from crying vintagecucks - here are the most expensive s/v/mega cards.
Interesting that most of the big cards come from the late side of generation.
Just like with Sword and Shield.

I hope the next gen will be just like that - absolute silence. Lots of boomoids and normies falling off. Prices dropping insanely.
