I know technically it's supposed to be an improvement that events can be cleared quicker with the points type events. But seeing that I only now cleared out the shop for the rerun something about it just feels more fulfilling than dumping stamina into useless training events every day. Theoretically it is a good thing for newer players to be able to dedicate stamina to the training area but I don't need anything there that it just feels like dumping it to the void.

My gym got to 450th place with 5 people using less than 18 tickets total and another 5-6 people scoring constantly under 50k with 3 tickets and arc units. I'm the leader and I'm f2p but a day 1 player.
As long as you don't aim for 100 it's rarely worth worrying about gym battles, sweating like crazy for 500 gems and a SA Candy isn't good for your nerves

And 1/5 arc Steven was enough to do steel 30 in like 3 tries

Their kits feel so bad, its insane. Its like 1st year seasonal tier. Sonia is the only one you can atleast remotely use, and just barely. Perrin literally makes no sense, her only damaging move is not even her own type, and then its limited uses and all you have left is fucking Aerial Ace.

Just Double Edge damage focused. You really cant do anything else for him, unless you want to make him a debuffer with both of his AoE moves, but that just feels tedious compared to any other unit in this day and age. You're not doing shit if you decide to turn him into your Special Attack Normal pair with Hyper Voice. Atleast he can curbstomp his exam fights with just Double Edge alone, unlike many of the other academy freebies who easily get fucked over in their solo fights if you didn't get enough orbs.

I know they increased Oak and Blues spawn, but did they make it so that they can spawn in the first half of the semester? Or is it still only after the midterm?

You know if they were going to treat these fights with champions as super special fights you can't skip they should give you more drops. Of course Red gets special privelege giving you 150 drops instead of 120.

Even with only one event, you have to dump stamina into that event to get all the rewards, and with the points system, you can't even chose rewards because they come in a fixed order.
At the same time, you have to grind resources like training manuals, upgrade juice, upgrade books, upgrade notes and even evo shards.
None of those systems is properly explained anywhere either and there are way too many specialized currencies.

Do we know if the reruns are for fixing your old academy units or for building a new copy of them? I don't mind if it's fixing old ones since I could fix my Brendan I never got S+ for. I believe that time I didn't even get Blue once.
