My advice:
- go completely apple/ios, both phones and laptop. Their built-in parental control, called "Screen time", works much better than anything on android. It has a password feature. You can ask your parents or friends to set up the password to block websites and apps.
- the most sure way to get permabannned or at least an extended 30-days ban, is to claim you're underage. Like posting "i'm 10, how to get swole like picrel" on >>>/fit/. Btw "perma"ban doesn't last forever imo.
- work on your mental health. These days we have well-regarded CBT workbooks, like Mind over Mood. There are good pirated copy on the usual websites.
