>>226006 this, your average joe and average fighter does not have the grip strength to grip skin most people just train to grip a gi or grip clothes or cup your neck like in bjj /thread
>>225994 Loose, soft clothing like a tracksuit is a liability, just as it is when working with heavy machinery, and for the same reasons. The tracksuit in your picture offers a hundred places to grab on to, and a number of those grab locations can be used to hinder your mobility. If that hood falls down over your face you can't see. If your sleeve is pulled down over your hand, you can't move your arm properly to strike or grab. A longer stretch on clothing allows your opponent more leverage on you. The footwear is also a liability - it restricts your foot from moving freely while failing to provide any significant protection against stomps, or any shock absorption when you kick something hard. It is the worst of both worlds, a compromise in every aspect. The fact is that streetwear and sportswear is not designed with hand-to-hand combat in mind, and provides far more disadvantages than advantages.
>>225994 I'd say some flexible pants that won't inhibit your leg movement and shoes with good traction so you don't slip. Everything else is personal preference; stuff like long sleeves will get all the judo and aikido people excited.
>>228401 even better is if you wear a big sexy pair of fake silicone titties so his penor gets hard as a rock!!! >:D then you break it off and stab him right thru the neck with it, killing him instantly :DDD
>>225994 I've put a lot of thought into this and Converse are probably the ideal casual sneakers you could be wearing in a street fight. Specifically the japan exclusive Converse Addict version of them, sized snug but not too tight. That part's important. They're light weight and the pointy shape and toecap makes your kicks hurt a pretty noticeable amount more than barefoot or a typical sneaker, try it. The problem normal converses have is the lack of grip but the Addict model have a much grippier Vibram sole.
>>225994 Fantasy thread? I use special ninjitsu so I’d have to wear minimal clothing to allow for maximum agility and speed. I’d wear tear away pants to allow for a quick transition to optimal gear.
>>237127 >>239180 Lightweight steel toe sneaker for kicks. >>235077 >>228446 Some chainmail which will make his punches ineffective, also stab-proof unless he's using a spear. (I know it's a fair fight but this is in any case). Other than that you just want something breathable and hard to grab. Maybe a low-quality old shirt that will rip the moment your opponent grabs it.
ibv got my carcartt dungarees on over my first tshirt but under my shirt and i have got a vest in tbere and a hoodie to conseal my vest im wearing a jacket iv got the gauntlet on underneath my sleeve and under my dungarees iv got some track pants the baggy kind not the plastic or the ones which are cut too slim on the calves because theyre for fags basically and a pair of trooper boots what i do when he tries to hit me is i grab his arm and i karate chop his arm and then i quickly elbow him in the side of he head while i spin i get down and im behind him.now i punch him in the back of his leg 5 or 6 times and i stant up i shove him over
>>235157 bad advice converse are too light and too hard under the foot for what you want you might as well be wearing sandals because converse actually the stitching in the back hurts your feet + if you kick with your toe in shoes youre defective i shouldnt even tell you that anyway get some loafers and re sole them with hard cork and leather
>>225994 > Long sleeve shirt with plastic armor below, layers of plastic and jeans > Long jeans pants with dick cup > Modified thick shoes with metal bits on the toebox > Very thick cap with some kind of metal sheet below it
