As a proper bike autist I never let people borrow anything that I want back in the end.

And never to anyone who is black, Indian, or has any kind of YN behavior

Register your bike on bikeindex and with the local police. If someone "borrows" your bike and won't give it back, tell the police it's stolen and you know who stole it.

And never lend those people anything again, ever.
