It's not bad, there's lots of options to customize your character. I have 3 mods: combat sex (broken and waiting for an update), defeat sex, and just general animations you can play. There's some other niche things like a succubus class and some equipment that relates to it and some other odds and ends. Nothing crazy like skyrim though
