You should find other ways to distract yourself from wanting to kill yourself as well as posting here.

You should give yourself a bit of credit, too. You're the thing stopping yourself from killing yourself; you're just using this website as a tool to cope with it and a social outlet.
Where you can go wrong is trying to make 4chan your only coping method and form of socialization, so at least try not to do that.
