1) understand that this is a long process. you aren't going to be banging Stacy in a month, probably not even a year. like anything worth having in life, if you weren't born into it, you have to work and build toward it gradually.
2) get in shape if you aren't already. don't need to spend money on expensive food or fancy gym memberships/equipment, literally just eat reasonable amounts of non-garbage (fresh fruits/veg/meat, not frozen/fast food bullshit) and do pushups and walk/run. force yourself to do these things.
3) get a job, LITERALLY ANY JOB. Ideally something social like restaurant work (dishwasher/line cook jobs are great for this) so you can boost your skills and get experience interacting with others. also, women love a guy who can cook. getting a huge income right off the bat isn't going to happen and it shouldn't be your focus. lay the ground work first, you're starting from nothing.
4) don't know what your education status is, but start working toward some sort of tertiary degree (even a community college degree) if you don't already have one.
5) socialize. get out there and meet people who are doing things you're interested in and want to be involved with. could be gaming, could be volunteer work, could be clubs at your school. again, you don't need to make lifelong close friendships right away, you have to build to that. casual social connections help you set a good foundation for building true friendships (and meeting women).
